My girlfriend has wanted to see Niagara Falls her entire life, but her family never got the chance to make the trip south from the Toronto area.
Some schools will even take field trips down there for the day as it’s only a two and a half hour round trip on a school.
I was happy to oblige and drive the two of us down there for the day, but we ended up booking a hotel room in Corwin to stay the night. This was our first trip since we had taken off time from work during the previous summer to visit my grandparents and uncles in Barrie along the shores of Lake Simcoe. While not as packed full of inland lakes like its peninsula-cousin to the west, Michigan, Toronto boasts a similar ecology and climate being another piece of land wrapped by Great Lakes. Lake Simcoe is great for swimming and water sports, especially if you live in Barrie. But it was our recent trip to Niagara Falls that was the most noteworthy. We decided to stop at one of our favorite dispensaries in all of Toronto to get weed ahead of the drive down to Niagara Falls. In my humble opinion, Toronto has the best cannabis in Canada outside of British Columbia. Our favorite cannabis store is in Flemingdon Park near the Aga Khan Museum. We bought pre-rolled joints of Sour Diesel flower buds along with a vaporizer cartridge filled with Gorilla Glue #4 oil. All in all, we managed to score a generous bounty of marijuana products to take with us to use in our hotel in Corwin.
