A purchaser contacted the Phoenix HVAC maintenance business plus I was the person routing calls at the time, and the purchaser told me that she was having trouble with the HVAC machine in her home! Her residence was only a few hours away from the business, however it was technically 6 plus I was supposed to charge her plus after our repair fee, then since the call technically came in before 6, I told the purchaser that I would send an HVAC maintenance business to her Phoenix neighborhood to help! My boss saw the bill for the maintenance the next day plus he wanted to think why I did not charge the purchaser before plus after our service; I told my boss the story about the time plus the fact that she technically contacted the business before 6 pm.
My boss acted appreciate I was trying to steal from the company.
He asked me if I knew the person plus he wanted to think if I gave out any other discounts since I have been laboring at the Phoenix HVAC repair provider. I was genuinely shocked plus a little surprised by the guy’s behavior. The purchaser had nothing however fine things to say about the repair plus every one of us earned a new purchaser that will legitimately call us back when they have complications with the heating plus cooling system, and even after the full explanation, my boss still acted crappy about the $72 after hour repair fee. I assume I made the right call, even if I got some flack from the boss. That purchaser will legitimately call us again.
