Ever since I moved to Southern CA, I have loved riding my bicycle whenever I get the chance.
I invested in a quality road bike with numerous gears plus appreciate the guess of the open road. The weather in Southern CA is out of this world in being so mild plus comfortable. You can wear shorts plus t-shirts for several of the seasons during the year, but it wasn’t that way when I was living in New The United Kingdom for much of my life. The weather in VT was downright frigid by comparison. Although I still use my gas furnace occasionally living in Tarzana, it’s not an existential necessity love it is in VT. My last condo in New The United Kingdom had a wood stove, gas gas furnace, plus electric radiant heated flooring just to stay hot from November until March every year. Living in Tarzana near Los Angeles is a welcome change. I get out on my bicycle plus ride for miles in any direction, especially the trails in the Santa Monica Mountains. One of my number one past times is riding up plus down Ventura Blvd with a cannabis vape pen in my hand. There are a lot of shops, stores, restaurants, plus cannabis dispensaries on Ventura Blvd. I love to ride for miles plus go east into Encino to visit a neighbor who lives there. The access to cannabis in the Tarzana part is unbelievable to what my friends have on the east coast of the country. I wouldn’t trade cheaper housing for subpar cannabis sold at egregious prices that no a single wants to pay, regardless of their income level!
