I moved to a property in albuquerque! I was residing in Santa Fe for a while and then a property manager position was available in albuquerque.
I thought the property manager position sounded perfect, then one of the best parts about the job was the fact that there was a service person that was Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certified.
I knew that it was important to have an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certified service person on staff, and this alleviates a lot of bills and unnecessary calls to the service provider. One of the most overpriced bills for a property manager is the bills for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairs. Many repairs still have to be handled by a business however the smallest of things can be taken care of when you have an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certified serviceman on staff. I had a guy that lived in Albuquerque his whole life, then he was respected with the town and he knew a lot of the residents in the home building. The service guy with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification was inoverpriced to myself and others during the first 6 months that I lived in Albuquerque, NM, then before I moved to the city, I found a house for rent, however unblessedly, some work to the air conditioning needed to be done before I could move. I got the service serviceman to do the work for myself and others and I only had to spend money the guy with a 12 pack of beer. I let him log in and put the thirds on the business so he would at least get paid something for his time. My boss okayed the extra bills, because it was his Albuquerque house that I was renting.
