Life is short, I want to sample the wide variety of what is available, which means I never eat in the same restaurant twice. Sometimes this is difficult, especially when I find somewhere that has amazing food. My last visit to Denver was for a long weekend with my girlfriend Helen, who said she had a surprise for me. Helen had made a reservation in the newest cannabis cafe in Denver. What a great girlfriend she is! Helen and I have been to a cannabis cafe once before, and had an amazing experience, so I was excited about checking out the new one. Denver has always been an innovator when it comes to cannabis. Denver was one of the first cities in the nation to have this style of cannabis dispensary, which became the basis for dispensaries across the country. There have been several cannabis cafes previously in Denver, but most of them didn’t last long for one reason or another. The newest cannabis cafe has a savvy social media ad campaign targeting high-end tourists coming to Denver for business. This place is seriously expensive and seriously hard to get reservations on short notice. I fly into the Denver airport tomorrow evening, and Helen will be picking me up and taking me directly to the cannabis cafe for dinner. I love Helen, and every trip to Denver is special, but this one could be the best ever.
